My name is Amber Thompson Swartz. I’m a 33 year old entrepreneur, beauty professional and loss mom. I’m here to talk about LIFE, and all of it. The good, bad, fun, ugly, and everything in between.

Lets get to know eachother here.

You could have landed here in a multitude of ways. Have I done your hair before? Have I given you workout or nutritional motivation? Have we both gotten memberships to the worst club in the world as loss parents?

I spent months tying to find which “niche” of mine to hone in on for this site. Until I finally realized LIFE is my niche. I have lived what feels like a thousand lifetimes in the last few years and I’m sure at some level, you can relate.

So welcome to a space where we can talk about it. I hope you find some hope, realness, and maybe even some wellness tips along the way!

No stone gets left unturned here. We will touch on everything from owning a business, rerouting said business, hair, skin, beauty, wellness, nutrition, hormones, baby loss, grief, travel, finances.

I wanted a place where I could showcase ALL of the parts of me. Life can be tough, but it doesn’t have to be just that. Let’s continue to fully live our lives, for those that can’t.

Pregnancy Loss

I hold my title of mother proudly, even if it looks a whole lot different than I thought. My son Lucas was born still at 40 weeks gestation on 4/26/23.

Beauty & Wellness Professional

I am an independent hair colorist with 15 years in the beauty industry and training from LA and NYC under my belt. It’s let me connect with some of the best in the biz. More recently, I received my Pilates certification connecting spirituality with movement.

Community Creator & Entrepreneur

In my 33 years, one thing has remained true: I am meant to create community. This has led to a social media presence and nano-influencing in the Philly area which has allowed me to start business in the world of social media marketing with UGC.

I prayed on a bigger purpose and felt myself called to curating events that allow more community access to wellness opportunities. I have also leaned into organizing/hosting fundraisers for organizations that I am aligned with.
